Firstly, apply a small amount of The Base LI:OH in your palm and spread on damp hair.
Then emulsify and distribute throughout the hair, from your mid-lengths and hair ends to your roots.
Finally, comb through hair to spread evenly and proceed to drying or styling as desired.
Do not rinse.
